This summer will see the premiere of a new production featuring two works by Claudio Monteverdi: the semi-thematical ballet Ballo delle Ingrate and the staged madrigal Combattimento di Tancredi e Clorinda, conducted by Francesco Corti. This production is an artistic project by ANAGOOR, with stage direction by Simone Derai. Francesco Corti and il pomo d’oro continue their acclaimed series of Bach harpsichord concertos with a recording of the concertos BWV 1044, 1054, 1056 and 1057. In September 2019 we returned to Lonigo to record two new vocal programs under the musical direction of Francesco Corti: the first collaboration with the American tenor Michael Spyres, and our third album with Jakub Józef Orliński - Countertenor.
