Harpsichord and Organ
Gradueted brilliantly in piano, from an early age, Federica was fascinated by historical instruments and praxis. She studied with A. Conti (Conservatory of Florence), Gordon Murray (Universitaet fur Musik Vienna), Bob Van Asperen and Richard Egarr (Conservatorium van Amsterdam) obtaining her Master in harpsichord Cum Laude. Awarded in many of the most prestigious international competitions, among the others, “International Harpsichord competition G. Gambi”, “Bologna European Harpsichord Competition”, “Haendel Early Music International Competition Goettingen”, “Biber International Competition” and selected from the most important Young Baroque Orchestras in Europe, Federica worked as harpsichordist for the Ambronay European Baroque Academy and as harpischordist and organist of EUBO (European Baroque Orchestra) 2009. She has the privilege to collaborate with great soloists and ensembles such as European Baroque Orchestra, il Pomo d'Oro, Le Musiche Nove, L'Arte dell'Arco, New Century Baroque, Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra, Spira Mirabilis, E. Onofri, L.U. Mortensen, J. Tubery, V. Genaux, S. Kermes, M. Cencic, P. Mullejian, R. Egarr with whom she performed as soloist and continuo player in concert venues such as Musikverein Vienna, Konzerthaus Berlin, Royal Opera Versailles, Haydn Festival Eisenstadt, MAFestival Bruge, Alte Oper Frankfurt ecc. She has recorded for Sony, Decca, Glossa and Brilliant Classic.
